Team building

As part of the setup and onboarding of a new team, Unlock More was brought in to help create a common language, talk about team dynamics and help draft working principles.


Through the onboarding workshop, we helped a new team of 11 colleagues come together to create a common understanding of how they will go about achieving their common goals of making the Center a suceess. The workshop was carefully crafted for a new team and seamlessly slotted into their organisation onboarding program.


The objectives of the onboarding workshop were:

  • An understanding of Situational Leadership and how it can help each individual on the team flourish.

  • Understanding team members strengths, weaknesses, drivers and goals and how the team can leverage these for better outcomes.

  • Incorporating responsibility, accountability and ownership of tasks in everything they do.

  • Agreement on, and ownership of team working principles.


The content, developed specifically for the client, covered areas such as:

  • Situational Leadership

  • Self manage yourself for success

  • Responsibility, accountability and ownership

  • Team dynamics and drafting team work principles
