As part of the setup and onboarding of a new team, Unlock More was brought in to help create a common language, talk about team dynamics and help draft working principles.
Through the onboarding workshop, we helped a new team of 11 colleagues come together to create a common understanding of how they will go about achieving their common goals of making the Center a suceess. The workshop was carefully crafted for a new team and seamlessly slotted into their organisation onboarding program.
The objectives of the onboarding workshop were:
An understanding of Situational Leadership and how it can help each individual on the team flourish.
Understanding team members strengths, weaknesses, drivers and goals and how the team can leverage these for better outcomes.
Incorporating responsibility, accountability and ownership of tasks in everything they do.
Agreement on, and ownership of team working principles.
