An online workshop to help unlock the capabilities of individuals on the team (with pre-work).
A fully remote digital marketing consultancy asked us to help them unlock the capabilities of individuals on the team. We designed a workshop that involved pre-work. Each employee on the team were required to fill in a proprietary template designed by Unlock More. This template helps people introspect with honesty and transparency.
The objectives of the workshop were:
Identify key skills and areas of improvement.
Set clear objectives for growth.
Foster open communication and collaboration
In the workshop, we presented the findings with a 9 point action plan to the client team. This action plan helped the organisation become more productive in their work and also improved collaboration across team members.
The understanding into each employee's way of working and how we can leverage that as a team for the benefit of the company and the individual.
