An interactive workshop on Project Management for startups at a University.
The enterpreneurship cell of a new-age technology University in north India reached out to conduct a workshop on Project Management for their startups. While project management is an extensive field, we at Unlock More, developed a specific 3 hour interactive workshop, looking at project management from the lens of a startup. A key aspect of the workshop was the utilisation of tools that help teams get better at collaboration and decision making while managing their startup project.
