Offsite team bonding event
Our client was in need of a day long interactive session during an offsite event organised for the leaders in their organisation.
Through our interactive, fun and extremely educational session, we were able to help the leaders of our client gel together as a single unit. The activities were specifically designed for the audience to get them engaging with each other on a deeper level and understanding different thought processes.
The session included thinking exercises, physical exercises and a lot of learning through the activities. Through our well thought out session, the participants were able to better understand the complexities while trying to get work done under different pressure situations. They were also best placed now to leverage off each other's strenghts to help the organisation move forward.
Unlock More facilitated a full day offsite event for Fore Solutions. The session was very well organised and covered important learnings on working together to grow our company through fun activities, team games and reflection exercises.
