An online workshop to understand how to use work breakdown to become a more productive employee.

A fully remote digital marketing consultancy asked us to help them with becoming more productive at the workplace. We conducted an online session on work breakdown and the results even blew us away. The participants reflected on the technique, started using it at work and showed immediate improvements in productivity.
