Use tech to manage work in your team

In this fast paced world, our teams are constantly balancing multiple priorities. Little wonder then that somethings never get done or somethings get done only partially. When we invest time and effort in deciding to do something that aligns with our goals, why would we settle for it not being done?

Part of the solution lies in using technology to manage the work and it’s flow from one team member to another transparently. Wouldn’t it be great if you could, at a single glance see what work is being done in the team, who is overloaded and who is under-utilised?
